Cancellation and rescheduling policy
At Bosques de Pandora Geopark we understand that unforeseen events can arise. That is why our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to offer flexibility to our visitors while keeping a fair balance with the park’s administration.
Cancellations and refunds
The refund depends on how far in advance you cancel your booking relative to your visit date:

| Between 4 and 7 days before | 50% (50% penalty) | 100% refund |
| Between 48 and 72 hours before | 30% (70% penalty) | 100% refund |

| No show | The full amount is forfeited, with no refund or rescheduling | — |
A valid excuse means a family emergency (up to second degree of consanguinity) or a medical emergency with certified incapacity, always with supporting documentation.
Rescheduling
If you prefer to change the date of your visit instead of cancelling:

| Between 4 and 7 days before | 10% administrative fee |
| Between 48 and 72 hours before | 20% administrative fee |
| Less than 48 hours before | Only due to a family emergency or a certified medical emergency |
Force majeure
If a force majeure event prevents your visit, you may choose between rescheduling at no cost or receiving a 100% refund of what you paid. Force majeure events include, among others:
- Extreme weather conditions.
- Public health emergencies.
- Unforeseen closure of the geopark.
How to cancel or reschedule
- Contact us at +57 350 850 5000 at least 24 hours in advance.
- Have your booking number at hand to speed up the process.
General conditions
Non-refundable rates, promotions and packages may carry specific conditions, which are communicated at the time of booking.
Every cancellation or rescheduling request is subject to confirmation by our team.
