Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern entry, bookings and the use of the facilities and services of Bosques de Pandora S.A.S. Please read them carefully before your visit: by entering the geopark you accept them in full.
Acceptance of the terms
Entering and using the facilities of Bosques de Pandora implies the visitor’s full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Bookings
Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed with payment of 50% of the total value.
Cancellations and date changes are governed by our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. No refunds are given for activities not carried out by the visitor’s own decision.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Pets are not allowed, in order to protect the local wildlife and the geopark’s own animals.
Transport
We do not provide transport to the geopark. Some internal transfers carry an additional cost and are managed by third parties.
Activities and plans
Activity prices and durations may vary. The "Derecho a la Fantasía" plan (2 nights) includes up to 5 activities; the "Con Cierto Sentido" plan (1 night) includes 3 activities.
Visitors without a booking may access individual plans, subject to availability.
There is no refund if the visitor does not complete an activity. Some activities include transfers at an extra cost.
Safety equipment
For some activities we provide helmets, harnesses and lighting. The use of this equipment is determined by the geopark staff.
The visitor is responsible for the proper use and return of the equipment provided.
Safety and liability
The visitor assumes full responsibility for their own safety and that of their companions. The company is not liable for accidents, damage to property or situations arising from failure to follow the geopark’s rules.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Children
For safety reasons, children under 6 do not take part in the activities. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.
Additional services
We offer boot rental for approximately $10,000 COP, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available only in the dining area.
Some services require advance booking.
Weather and force majeure
Activities may be modified or cancelled due to weather conditions or force majeure; no refunds are given in these cases.
In an emergency, the geopark staff will indicate the measures to follow.
Coexistence and environmental care
The geopark is a fragile ecosystem. It is forbidden to leave litter, disturb the flora and fauna or carry out activities that harm the environment.
Breaking these rules may result in expulsion from the geopark without a refund. We recommend using biodegradable products.
Consumption
The consumption of alcoholic beverages and psychoactive substances is prohibited in all areas of the geopark.
We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
Changes to these terms
The company may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. By entering, the visitor confirms having read, understood and accepted them.
